Due to the nature of these products, we do NOT accept returns. While we do not process refunds, you may be eligible for an e-credit. If you receive a broken item, please email us for an exchange on eligible items only.

Orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders are processed daily but please be advised that shipping options does not include processing times. Please confirm your address before submitting your oder. Any concerns regarding your order, once it has been shipped, please contact USPS.
